Evaluation & Research

My systematic approach to evaluation starts with the agreement of a measurable framework identifying aims, objectives, outputs and outcomes.

I use broadly qualitative techniques supplemented by questionnaires which measure and illustrate the difference you are achieving with your work.

I use participatory techniques and am trained in the ICA’s Technology of Participation approach. My facilitation is engaging and creative.

I hold a PhD in Cultural Heritage Studies, an MA in Heritage Education and Interpretation, Qualified Teacher Status, and I am an Associate Member of the Museums Association.

I specialise in qualitative methdologies, the use of NVIVO data analysis software and the Dedoose mixed methods research app.
